Freeze-Dried Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat for creaminess)

- Optional toppings: dark chocolate chips, granola, shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment (about ½ inch thick).
- Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top.
- Add any optional toppings you like.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
